A structured, analytical, and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving and decision-making is essential to delivering consistent business results.\nWhat you'll be doing\nImplementation of integrations (75 %)\nCreates or amends integration solutions in accordance to the respective specifications and plans\nPlans and develops tests and carries them out. Eliminates errors and performs tests again to achieve an error-free result\nDocuments all work according to agreed standards\nPerforms, if necessary, together with others, tests the respective deliverables\nCan quickly process and apply new technical information as required\nParticipates in reviews of his own work\nIs largely autonomous in his own activities.\nSupport after implementation (20%)\nEstablishes ongoing working relationships with various customers (internal).\nCaptures and investigates system problems as required, solves system problems, and forwards problems to support and development teams/third party suppliers.\nWhere necessary, develops proposals for system changes in connection with service improvements and feeds these back into the pre-sales cycle.\nTakes care of service requests\nCoordinates and implements changes to the system configuration according to the agreed specifications.\nDocuments requests for improvements, communicates requests to development teams.\nCustomer management (internal) (5 %)\nActs as a personal contact for the implementation of system requirements in respect to their own projects\nCarries out regular reviews with the relevant business project managers\nPrepares progress reports on activities and distributes them to the team leader\nTracks changes in relevant business areas and ensures that systems are adapted to business operations\nPartner with business leaders to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values.\nEmbrace and support Computacenter’s mission and core values.\nWhat you have\nKnowledge and understanding of the following:\nSAP PI development experience in 7.31 and/or above\nSAP BTP Integration Suite experience\nAbility to read/write SQL\nAbility to read/write XSLT\nAbility to read/write XQuery\nAbility to read/write XPath\nAbility to read/write Groovy\nExperience with EDI EDIFACT and ANSIX12 standards\nExperience with cXML and xCBL XML standards\nExperience with SuccessFactors integrations\nExperience with SAP ECC, interfacing with IDOC’s and ProxyClasses\nUnderstanding of software development principles\nAppreciation of software development methodologies\nPursues a logical and analytical approach to solving problems\nCapability in at least one programming/scripting language, e.g. ABAP, VB, C++, PowerShell, Groovy, XSLT, XQuery, SQL...\nMethods and procedures for planning, creating and performing tests for program components and assemblies\nExcellent knowledge and experience of integration developments in both A2A and B2B integrations\nExcellent knowledge of XML and JSON formats\nLegally eligible to work in the United States\nGood knowledge and experience of SAP, MS Office and MS Teams\nExpert user of at least one middleware application, with a deep understanding of integration methods\nExcellent attention to detail\nA good understanding of business processes, ideally in the procurement cycle, ITIL management\nBasic knowledge of the functionality of several different systems, both from a user and system configuration/administration perspective\nStrategic thinking and tactical execution skills\nAbility to document requirements for system configuration clearly and unambiguously.\nGood knowledge of the IT industry and an understanding of IT technologies and products\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nComfortable communicating with colleagues in different countries where English is not the first spoken language\nGood self-organization and time management skills\nAbility to prioritize and handle multiple requests simultaneously\nCan build trust, be assertive when required and shows initiative and enthusiasm\nResilience, and able to deal with stressful situations\nBusiness and financial acumen with strong analytical skills\nDemonstrate an understanding of product supply chains\nCommercially astute\nTeam-oriented working and thinking\nWhat you can expect\nThere’s so much more to enjoy about being at Computacenter than just having a rewarding career.
