From Microsoft 365 and Exchange to Azure and Entra ID, you’ll tackle complex technical challenges while contributing to cloud transformation and modernisation projects.\nYou’ll join a highly skilled team where you can share ideas, develop your expertise and continue learning as Microsoft technologies evolve.\nWhat you’ll do\nSupport and optimise Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and Exchange Hybrid environments.\nTroubleshoot complex messaging, mail flow and platform issues.\nDeliver mailbox migrations, tenant consolidations and modernisation projects.\nManage email security and compliance across Proofpoint, Microsoft Defender, Purview, SPF, DKIM and DMARC.\nSupport identity services including Entra ID, Conditional Access, SSO and Entra Connect.\nBuild and manage Azure infrastructure, networking, storage and compute services.\nAutomate infrastructure and operational tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, Bicep or Terraform.\nImplement Azure monitoring, governance, security and access controls.\nSupport CI/CD, containers and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).\nProvide third-line technical support and root-cause analysis.\nCollaborate with architects, security, infrastructure and application teams to deliver effective end-to-end solutions.\nWhat you’ll need\nStrong experience with Exchange Online, Exchange On-Premises and Hybrid.\nGood knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure and Entra ID.\nExperience with mail flow, SMTP routing, migrations and email security.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Purview, retention, eDiscovery and compliance.\nAzure infrastructure experience across compute, storage, networking, monitoring and security.\nAutomation skills using PowerShell, with experience of Microsoft Graph API, Azure CLI or Azure Automation beneficial.\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code, ideally Bicep, ARM or Terraform.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nThe ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nIdeally 5+ years’ experience supporting enterprise technology platforms.\nMicrosoft Azure certifications such as AZ-104, alongside Azure Security, Networking, Architecture, Terraform, DevOps or ITIL certification, would be advantageous.\nIf you enjoy solving complex technical problems, working with modern Microsoft technologies and helping customers transform their IT environments, we’d love to hear from you.\nAbout us\nComputacenter is a leading independent provider of IT infrastructure services, with about 21,000 employees worldwide.
