You will also be responsible for any escalation and follow up.\nSome of the daily activities are:\nEnd users support\nTroubleshooting incidents, software and hardware\nResolution of software and hardware issues (laptop, desktop, printers)\nInstallation and configuration of laptops\nSoftware issues for inhouse applications\nOrganizing, analyzing and handling of tickets in the IT ticketing tool\nQuick analysis and incident management, close collaboration with expert team\nPreparing new and repaired hardware\nStaging laptops and PC's with SCCM\nWindows 10 troubleshooting\nPreparation of conference rooms and management meetings\nPhysical installation of cabling, monitors, dockings, pc's, printers,...\nWhat you will need\nThe ideal candidate will be an expert in dealing with customers at all levels; you bring hands-on technical skills as well as great interpersonal skills.\nPrevious knowledge of Microsoft Applications\nPrevious experience of supporting Mobile devices and hand-held devices\nGood administrative experience, attention to detail, ensures accuracy of data, provides data for reporting and processing of information\nPrevious experience working in a corporate IT environment is an asset\nExcellent customer facing and communication skills; adaptable and welcoming of change and communicating change to customers\nExcellent time management and organisational skills\nWilling to take initiative and be hands-on\nVery good communication skills, both verbal and written in English and good command of Dutch and/or French\nDriver's license B\nAbout us\nComputacenter is a leading independent provider of IT infrastructure services, with about 20,000 employees worldwide.
