The role will suit someone who enjoys getting into the detail, challenging assumptions objectively and turning complexity into clear actions and sustainable outcomes.\nWhat you’ll do\nLead structured investigations into complex logistics, process, system and data issues.\nUse logical thinking, evidence and analysis to understand root causes and create practical solutions to difficult problems.\nAnalyse operational performance, trends, risks and opportunities, translating findings into clear recommendations.\nMap and improve end-to-end workflows across logistics and warehouse operations, helping to simplify processes and strengthen controls.\nWork with operational, technology, programme and supplier teams to support solution design, implementation and adoption.\nPresent objective, evidence-based recommendations that help stakeholders make confident decisions.\nTrack progress and outcomes, ensuring improvements lead to measurable benefits in service, quality, productivity and control.\nWhat you’ll need\nA strong background in logistics, ideally including warehouse operations, stock control, goods-in/goods-out, inventory movement or logistics systems.\nProven experience in business operations, logistics transformation, operational improvement, programme support or a comparable analytical role.\nLogical problem-solving ability, with the confidence to work through complex issues, test assumptions and develop workable solutions.\nStrong analytical and numerical skills, including the ability to interpret large or complex datasets and turn insight into action.\nExperience working across systems, processes, applications and data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.\nClear communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical or operational information to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to influence across logistics, technology, programme and supplier teams.\nA delivery mindset, focused on measurable outcomes, sustainable change and improved operational performance.\nWhat success looks like\nRecurring operational, process and system issues are reduced through clear root-cause analysis and practical intervention.\nLogistics performance improves against agreed service, quality, productivity and control measures.\nStakeholders receive timely, objective insight that supports confident decision-making.\nSolutions are implemented effectively and adopted by the teams who use them.\nImprovements are measurable, sustainable and aligned to operational priorities.\nAbout us\nComputacenter is a leading independent provider of IT infrastructure services, with about 21,000 employees worldwide.
