This individual will assist Partner Alliance Managers and team to forecast and review rebates, facilitate OEM contract changes, and track, manage and monitor partner required certifications to successful completion.\nAnnual compensation: $90K CAD\nWhat you'll be doing\nWork with partners to deliver services that support company objectives and that are consistent with Winning Together values.\nSupport relationship with partner(s) and Computacenter Canada to build the brand and the business.\nSupport holistic efforts to achieve and maintain Certification and Partner requirements, ensuring we maintain desired tier status across our partner ecosystem.\nOrganization and follow up to maintain partner status and associated requirements is critical.\nManage relationship and programs with OEM partners.\nSet up partner portal access, user credentials, and initial account configurations\nMaintain and improve profitability with assigned fulfillment partners.\nSeek opportunities to maximize front and back end process for partner specific items such as rebate programs, partner-specific solutions, and more.\nAnalyze and report on partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes and report on key metrics.\nReview forecast for opportunity to negotiate additional discounts and programs.\nForecast and track Partner Rebates.\nCommunicate partner programs and processes to internal departments.\nManage Tier 2 partners, their programs, engagement and any requirements for fulfillment and complete special projects, as assigned.\nMaintain quarterly updates to all partner-specific Program Guides\nAssure compliance with policies and procedures.\nEmbrace and support Computacenter’s mission and core values.\nWhat you have\n1-3+ years’ experience with a technology company in service delivery in the IT industry.\nDemonstrable experience of working in a challenging environment.\nExperience of working with partners and vendors to increase sales and enhance relationships, a plus.\nLegally eligible to work in Canada.\nContributes to the organizational vision and strategy, initiates and leads collaborative forums across the organization to create the foundation for achieving strategic goals\nDemonstrates understanding of current and emerging market trends, geographic and cultural needs.\nAbility to develop strategy to implement lessons learned to future deals. \nPresentation skills. \nAble to drive continuous improvement through the creation of new metrics based on current performance.\nWhat you can expect\nThere’s so much more to enjoy about being at Computacenter than just having a rewarding career.
