# Program Manager

About the role The Program Manager will play a critical role within a dedicated sales team that generates and supports the assigned customer portfolio, including partnership with the Sales Director, Account Managers, Sales Operations, Solutions, and delivery leadership. The role is responsible for overseeing ongoing and planned opportunities, demand generation, and customer consumption of Computacenter’s Professional Services, Managed Services, and Technical Services solutions portfolio. This role serves as the services and solutions leader for the assigned portfolio, supports solution costing, participates in pre-sales activities, and ensures portfolio, program, and project objectives align with strategic goals and are executed efficiently. The Portfolio Manager will manage dependencies across active and planned projects, support optimal resource allocation and prioritization, provide governance reporting to the Internal Governance Board and Internal Senior Stakeholders, and act as an initial point of escalation for project-related risks, issues, and customer concerns.
