This role leads disaster recovery (DR), business continuity (BC), crisis management, and resilience initiatives across the organization\nWhat you’ll do\nMaintain and govern disaster recovery documentation, including plans, runbooks, recovery procedures, and test results. \nCoordinate periodic reviews and updates of DR documentation with relevant stakeholders across IT and business units. \nEnsure DR documentation aligns with internal policies, industry standards (e.g., ISO 22301, NIST SP 800-34), and regulatory requirements. \nSupport internal and external audits by providing accurate and timely DR documentation and evidence. \nTrack and report on DR governance metrics, including documentation completeness, test coverage, and remediation status. \nFacilitate DR-related risk assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement. \nCollaborate with business continuity, cybersecurity, and compliance teams to ensure integrated resilience strategies. \nAssist in the planning and documentation of DR tests and exercises, ensuring lessons learned are captured and incorporated.\nClear vision and strategy that aligns with the department’s goals and objectives\nAbility to adapt to the needs or the business and technological advancements\nEffective communication\nQuality assurance \nEffective stakeholder engagement\nKnowledge of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, NIS2, DORA, or SOX. \nExperience supporting IT audits or working in a regulated industry. \nCertifications such as CBCP, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, or ITIL are a plus.\nWhat you’ll need\nTotal Experience should be between 12+ years\nExperience in disaster recovery, business continuity, IT governance, or audit support. \nStrong understanding of DR frameworks, documentation standards, and compliance requirements. \nExcellent writing, editing, and organizational skills with attention to detail. \nFamiliarity with audit processes and evidence collection. \nProficiency in tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, GRC platforms, or similar documentation systems. \nAbility to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities\nStrong problem-solving skills\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment\nDetail orientated\nExperience in stakeholder management\nAbout us\nComputacenter is a leading independent provider of IT infrastructure services, with about 21,000 employees worldwide.
