The role is therefore varied and challenging, giving the job holder the opportunity to take full responsibility for their project.\nBased in the USA the ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Logistics and Warehouse Management processes and systems and be technically proficient.\nWhat you'll be doing\nAs a core member of an agile, dynamic, and focused team, this role will be responsible for business change and continuous improvement.\nCollaborate with internal IS staff, business program managers, and third-party suppliers and partners.\nTake ownership of a successful end to end system test, before managing the business test cycle through to a positive conclusion.\nProvide the interface between business stakeholders and IS development teams, to elicit, challenge, prioritize and document requirements.\nEnsure that systems development is consistent with the defined specifications and that cross-platform requirements deliverables are aligned effectively.\nManage third level support of existing warehousing systems, such as SAP WM and EWM\nManage third level support of existing third-party warehouse system and relevant add-Ons.\nProactive knowledge and understanding of Computacenter’s best practices and processes. \nWork on assignments and business improvement projects that are complex in nature. \nFocused judgement and positive initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations. \nOwn to resolution attitude with open communication channels and can promote intuitive ways to knowledge transfer across the team. \nCreate and update SAP documentation.\nMaintain, create and update SAP process and training documentation, written and visual. \nCommunicate, document, and demonstrate new processes and business change request releases. \nAttend, participate and communicate to peers the outcome and actions from discovery sessions, meetings and/or conferences.\nBusiness process aligned equally ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved.\nWhat you have\nLegally eligible to work in the United States.\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience\nRequires 2-5 years of experience building queries in SAP.\nSAP or ERP implementation experience, either as a consultant or as a user, would be beneficial. \nStrong technical and config experience of E2E Logistic and Supply Chain Management processes in SAP ECC\nKnowledge of Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) will be an advantage.\nExperience of implementing and enhancing solutions in areas of SAP SCM and integrated 3PL’s.\nExperience in EDI/IDOCS/XML\nA good understanding of end-to-end business processes in an SAP environment, such as Order to Cash, and Procure to Pay.\nStrong knowledge and experience of SAP, Salesforce CRM, MS Office and MS Teams.\nExcellent attention to detail.\nSolid technical and analytical skills, with ability to interpret & present data clearly.\nStrong problem-solving skills, being able to identify innovative yet practical solutions to complex problems.\nAbility to be hands-on and effectively delegate where appropriate with a self-motivated, can-do attitude that leads by example.\nAbility to collaborate and work with other team members and cross functional in other areas of the business.\nStrong personal ownership and highly delivery focused.\nStrong commercial awareness and an ability to operate in commercially sensitive and important situations.\nStrong communicator verbally and in writing, with keen listening skills.\nExperience with working with third party providers.\nAbility to prioritise competing demands and tasks.\nWell organised, self-disciplined, and motivated.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nCan build trust, be assertive when required and shows initiative and enthusiasm.\nResilience, and able to deal with stressful situations.\nBusiness and financial acumen with strong analytical skills.\nWillingness to travel.
