This role combines software engineering, DevOps, automation architecture, and AI platform expertise to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions. The Senior Engineer provides technical leadership, mentors junior engineers, and collaborates with architects and stakeholders to establish best practices and drive innovation across automation and AI initiatives.\nWhat you’ll do\nLead the design and implementation of enterprise AI and DevOps solutions.\nDefine solution architectures supporting automation, AI, and cloud-native services.\nCreate and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and Ansible.\nDesign and implement Azure-based AI and automation platforms leveraging Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio.\nDrive DevOps maturity through Azure DevOps Boards, Repos, and Pipelines.\nLead technical discussions, reviews, and architecture workshops.\nMentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to project teams.\nEstablish development standards, security controls, and deployment best practices.\nCollaborate with service management teams to align automation solutions with ITSM processes.\nEvaluate emerging technologies including Agentic AI and intelligent automation frameworks.\nEnsure delivery of scalable, resilient, and supportable enterprise solutions.\nWhat you’ll need\nEssential\nStrong experience in DevOps engineering and cloud solution delivery.\nDeep understanding of Azure platform services.\nExperience with Solution Architecture and enterprise integration patterns.\nExpertise in Terraform and Ansible.\nExperience with Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio.\nStrong knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.\nExperience delivering enterprise-scale automation solutions.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nExperience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.\nDesirable\nKnowledge of Agentic Automation frameworks.\nExperience integrating automation with ServiceNow and ITSM processes.\nStrong working knowledge of Azure DevOps Boards, Repos, and Pipelines.\nExperience with AI governance and responsible AI principles.\nExposure to enterprise platform engineering practices.\nCritical Success Factors\nSuccessful delivery of enterprise-scale AI and automation platforms.\nEstablishment of technical standards and engineering best practices.\nEffective mentoring and development of engineering capability.\nHigh-quality architecture and solution design outcomes.\nContinuous innovation through adoption of emerging AI technologies.\nAbout us\nComputacenter is a leading independent provider of IT infrastructure services, with about 21,000 employees worldwide.
