delivering services across more than 70 countries.\n\nYou will work with experienced infrastructure and workplace consultants, supporting large, complex, and business-critical network and security technologies.\n\nThis role is primarily focused on outcome-based project deliveries.\n\nYou will gain exposure to a modern SASE-based environment alongside Microsoft Azure Cloud technologies.\n\nWhat You'll Do :\n\n- Design, implement, and support secure private application access solutions using Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) and Microsoft Azure.\n\n- Lead the deployment and configuration of ZPA App Connectors in Azure environments.\n\n- Configure and manage ZPA components, including App Connectors, Application Segments, Server Groups, Segment Groups, Provisioning Keys, and Access Policies.\n\n- Design and validate Azure networking components, including Virtual Networks (VNets), Subnets, User Defined Routes (UDRs), Network Security Groups (NSGs), and Azure Firewall policies and rules.\n\n- Troubleshoot complex connectivity issues involving ZPA, Azure networking, DNS, routing, firewalls, ports, protocols, and application traffic flows.\n\n- Collaborate with cloud, network, security, application, and architecture teams to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient solutions.\n\n- Produce and maintain technical documentation, including High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and operational handover documents.\n\n- Support solution design, implementation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Zero Trust principles.\n\nWhat You'll Need :\n\n- 12 - 15 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role.\n\n- Proven hands-on experience in designing, deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions.\n\n- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure networking, including hub-and-spoke architectures, routing, NSGs, and Azure Firewall.\n\n- Good understanding of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) concepts and secure private application access.\n\n- Strong knowledge of network security controls, traffic flows, DNS, routing, and firewall technologies.\n\n- Experience troubleshooting complex network, security, and application connectivity issues.\n\n- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\n\n- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams.\n\nDesirable Skills & Certifications :\n\n- Knowledge of ZIA, ZDX, CASB, SSE, SD-WAN, or broader SASE architectures.\n\n- Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.\n\n- Microsoft Azure and/or Zscaler certifications.\n\n- Exposure to cloud security and
