This role ensures that changes are implemented efficiently, with minimal disruption to business operations, and in alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.\nWhat you’ll do\nOversee the lifecycle of change requests from initiation to closure, ensuring all changes are recorded, evaluated, authorized, prioritized, planned, tested, implemented, documented, and reviewed in a controlled manner. \nChair and lead CAB meetings to evaluate, approve, and prioritize changes, ensuring alignment with business objectives. \nReview and assess change requests for potential risks and impacts on IT infrastructure and business operations. \nDevelop, maintain, and enforce change management policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with industry frameworks (e.g., ITIL). \nCoordinate and communicate change plans, schedules, and updates to relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and engagement throughout the process. \nTrack and report on change success rates, disruptions, unauthorized changes, and post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement. \nIdentify and implement improvements to the change management process, leveraging feedback and lessons learned. \nWhat you’ll need\nTotal Experience should be between 10-14 yrs\nProven experience in IT change management, IT service management, or a similar role, ideally within a medium to large organization. \nStrong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL). \nExcellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to assess risks, impacts, and benefits of proposed changes. \nExceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and reporting. \nAbility to lead cross-functional teams, facilitate meetings, and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders. \nStrong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple change requests and priorities simultaneously. \nComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to evolving business and technological needs.\n\nAbout us\nComputacenter is a leading independent provider of IT infrastructure services, with about 21,000 employees worldwide.
