We currently use Salesforce CPQ and are evolving towards Revenue Cloud. The successful candidate will understand when capability belongs in Salesforce and when another platform is the better fit.\nYou will design end-to-end solutions spanning Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Genesys, Azure, data and integration services, balancing business outcomes with security, resilience, supportability and cost.\nWhat you'll do\nEnd-to-End Solution Architecture\n\nLead solution architecture for Salesforce-related initiatives, with accountability for the complete end-to-end solution.\n\nTranslate business outcomes and cross-functional processes into coherent architectures spanning customer engagement, quotation, ordering, fulfilment, billing and service operations.\n\nAssess options objectively and allocate capabilities, data ownership and process responsibilities across Salesforce and other enterprise platforms.\n\nShape the evolution of Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud as part of the wider commercial landscape.\n\nDefine secure, scalable and supportable integrations and non-functional requirements.\n\nWork with business stakeholders, delivery teams and architects across SAP, ServiceNow, Genesys, Azure, Data, Security and Integration.\n\nProduce clear architecture options, recommendations and decisions, and govern delivery against agreed designs and standards.\n\nEnsure solutions have clear operational ownership and favour configuration and reuse over unnecessary customisation.\n\nWhat you’ll need\nSubstantial Salesforce solution architecture experience, including security, data modelling, automation, integration and scalable platform design.\n\nPractical experience with relevant Salesforce capabilities such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ or Revenue Cloud.\n\nDemonstrable experience designing end-to-end solutions across multiple enterprise platforms and making sound capability-placement decisions.\n\nStrong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and their key trade-offs.\n\nExperience defining non-functional requirements and governing solutions through design and delivery.\n\nAbility to challenge assumptions, influence stakeholders and communicate complex decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nHighly Desirable\nArchitecture experience with Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud or comparable quote-to-order capabilities.\n\nExperience integrating Salesforce with ERP, ITSM, contact-centre or data platforms.\n\nWorking knowledge of SAP, ServiceNow, Genesys, Microsoft Azure or enterprise integration platforms.\n\nRelevant Salesforce architecture certifications, as supporting evidence of expertise.\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nSolutions are driven by end-to-end business outcomes rather than the preference of a single platform.\n\nSalesforce is used where it provides the best strategic fit, with clear boundaries, ownership and integration to the wider landscape.\n\nArchitecture decisions are clear, proportionate and balance delivery needs with security, resilience, supportability and cost.\n\nDelivery teams receive practical guidance and solutions remain maintainable after implementation.\n\nAbout us\nWe are a leading independent technology and services provider, trusted by large corporate and public sector organisations.
