Working closely with the Sales Directors and Client Directors BENE, you will ensure your team provides end-to-end ownership to qualified opportunities.\nYour leadership will be crucial in creating an environment where teamwork thrives, and initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives\nAchieve quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets, budget and target responsibility\nProvide accurate forecasting and key performance indicators to the Director Solutions BENE\nYou stay updated on industry trends and client needs, enabling you to develop innovative solutions that align with Computacenter’s strategic goals\nMaintain strategic contact with our vendors in cooperation with vendor management\nBy strategically planning your workdays and focusing on key priorities, you can effectively lead your team and manage your responsibilities in the Belgium & The Netherlands region\nIn this role you will report directly to the Director Solutions BENE\nCommercial Management 25%\nBuild a detailed understanding of the infrastructure Datacenter services market, frameworks, competitor landscape to determine key growth areas\nSupport campaigns, adherence to sales methodology and communication with all stakeholders to win the deal\nHave regular business reviews with the Solution Sales Team and drive strategic actions to grow the pipeline and close opportunities\nManage key customer stakeholders to transact complex solution sales that maximise profit and customer value\nTeam Management 20%\nInspire your team to deliver customer value and maximise profitability\nProvide inspirational leadership, supporting the team in successful customer delivery\nLeadership and motivation, coaching and mentoring feedback, and support of your team to develop and drive behavior and performance\nCustomer Service Outcome 15%\nWork with strategic customers and internal service providers to deliver high customer satisfaction\nOverall accountability for the success of professional services-led customer engagements\nDevelop the organisation and processes to drive effectiveness and efficiency in delivery\nProvide governance, stakeholder management and escalation support for strategic customer issues\nReporting 10%\nReport forecast and strategy to the Director Solutions BENE\nEnsure accuracy of forecasting and sales process for business area\nMonitor and guard the Computacenter strategy and vision\nVendor Management 20%\nRegular engagement and meetings with BENE key infrastructure vendors’ executives\nSupport Marketing relevant for BENE Solutions\nProposition Development 10%\nDrive the development of your specific solution area as defined and agreed within the Group strategy\nEngage with internal service providers to ensure awareness of business strategy and propositions and ensure a plan exists to create necessary skills and capabilities\nYour profile\nYour extensive experience and skills position you well for the Solutions Area Director Datacenter & Cloud Belgium and the Netherlands role:\nWith over 10 years’ relevant experience in IT solutions and professional services sales environment for datacenter & cloud infrastructure transformation.\nManagement and coaching of the Solution Sales Specialists and Solution Architects to drive the qualified solutions pipeline.\nIn-depth knowledge of the infrastructure services market, with a strong partner network (Dell EMC, Cisco, VMware, HPE, Lenovo, Palo Alto and Microsoft and others)\nExperience in sales enablement and broad P&L responsibility\nExperience in people and team management\nFocused on customer satisfaction with a drive to continuous improvement\nStrong management and leadership skills\nExcellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills\nStress resilient and result driven\nOutstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities\nGood organisational skills: you are flexible to work from both the Belgium and Netherlands office\nBilingual proficiency: fluent in Dutch (NL) and English (EN); proficiency in French (FR) is a plus\nAbout us\nComputacenter is a leading independent provider of IT infrastructure services, with about 21,000 employees worldwide.
