The role will also be accountable for operational delivery and performance.\nWhat you'll be doing\nProvide advisory roles within specialist areas to peer group, customers, and direct reports. \nManages, develops, and coaches' team of staff and implements performance management solutions where required. \nProvides full line management responsibilities for direct reports. \nAssess situations, issues and opportunities and escalate when appropriate. \nA point of escalation on complex or serious issues or complaints and providing appropriate support to other team members. \nMaintain confidentiality in all business-related matters. \nLiaise with colleagues to ensure best practice and continual improvement in delivery of service to the business. \nEstablishes productive relationships and networks at an operational level to build and maintain customer relationships. \nResponsible for the adoption of CC best practice and service offerings to ensure consistency of service. \nAct in accordance with Computacenter Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual Security events or other Security risks to the organization. \nEmbrace and support Computacenter's mission and core values. \nWhat you have\nLegally eligible to work in the United States. \nBachelor's degree in business, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience \nAt least 5 years of experience in a people management role. \nExperience working in a challenging commercial environment. \nGood working knowledge of relevant functional systems. \nExperience developing best practice policies and procedures for functional area. \nExcellent attention to detail. \nStrategic thinking and tactical execution skills. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills. \nComfortable communicating with colleagues in different countries where English is not the first spoken language. \nGood self-organization and time management skills. \nAbility to prioritize and handle multiple requests simultaneously. \nCan build trust, be assertive when required, and show initiative and enthusiasm. \nResilience, and able to deal with stressful situations. \nBusiness and financial acumen with strong analytical skills. \nCommercially astute. \nAbility to act both independently and as part of a team. \nInitiative to develop and expand knowledge. \nComputacenter experience in internal processes, systems, tools, and platforms. \nTeam-oriented working and thinking. \nWillingness to travel. \nWhat you can expect\nThere’s so much more to enjoy about being at Computacenter than just having a rewarding career.
