This is done by performing testing of the in-scope applications and services. TVM manages the entire test lifecycle, from reviewing requirements, through planning, test execution and defect management, to making a recommendation for the release under test.\nWhat you’ll do\nTest Portfolio management and planning - 40%\nResponsible for managing the overall Test Portfolio within Group Managed Services Test & Validation function\nResponsible for validating and responding to project request submissions, providing resource and cost estimates\nEnsure the Test Portfolio is managed according to agreed SLAs/KPIs and that assigned resources are adhering to standard processes\nTrack BAU/TRS cost management & control ensuring the Test Portfolio is profitable\nReview and approve programme and project artefacts relating to Test Management across the portfolio\nProvide a point of escalation for projects and programmes under management\nParticipate in monthly Test Governance meetings, ensuring that Project, Programme and Portfolio management is in line with agreed best practice approach\nProvide detailed cost models for Managed Service bids as part of Pre-Sales efforts\nSupport sales team with technical implementation knowledge and experience\nCreate and maintain associated process / procedure / control documentation\nTechnical Escalation point for Test Managed Service - 20%\nAct as the technical escalation point for all Test Managed Service Business As Usual activities\nProvide technical expertise and guidance to BAU testing team across all aspects of the test delivery model\nWork with internal and external stakeholders to agree and action appropriate solutions\nWindows 10 Evergreen Test Management Subject Matter Expert - 20%\nProvide thought leadership in Testing for the Windows 10 Evergreen service offering\nEnsure that Testing is continually improved through increased use of automation\nLook to broaden scope of testing within both internal and customer model office environments\nWork closely with group-wide Windows 10 SMEs to shape future direction of the Windows 10 Evergreen offering\nStrategy and Service Development - 20%\nContribute towards the longer term Testing strategy, collaborating with 3rd party suppliers and customers\nWork with Service Line Owner / Head of test on strategies to expand and grow the portfolio· Contribute towards continual service improvement best practices\nWhat you’ll need\nKnowledge of good Test artefact creation (Test strategies, test planning, test reporting).\nGood team planning and communication skills\nAbility to present ideas and communicate well across technical teams, customers and management\nUse of Test Management tools such as HP QLM, Jira, SpiraTeams or equivalents\nKnowledge or experience using system tools used during testing.
