With opportunities to influence, innovate, and grow, you'll play a key role in strengthening confidence and resilience across our enterprise.\nA role you will love\nThis is a high-impact role where you'll lead client and external audit assurance activities, helping strengthen trust, compliance, and operational excellence across the business. You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders to navigate an evolving regulatory landscape, drive third-party assurance strategy, and influence risk and control outcomes. This is an opportunity to combine audit, risk, and information security expertise while making a visible contribution to client confidence and business success.\nSome of your key responsibilities will include:\nOversight and facilitation of the client and external audit programme\n\nSupport the development, implementation and delivery of the Third-Party Assurance (TPA) Strategy in compliance with external guidelines (e.g. SOC, ISAE).\n\nMaintain an effective and efficient controlled process for the delivery of Client Assurance requests (including client contracting), aligned with Computershare policies, standards and procedures.\n\nManage a team to effectively deliver the EMEA and APACTPA Programme to ensure the timely completion of audits and mitigation of delivery obstacles.\n\nCommunicate effectively and confidently throughout CPU, including regional senior management, business heads and clients.\n\nWhat you will bring to this role\nYou'll bring experience in third-party assurance, audit, risk, and controls, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory and compliance environments. Your collaborative approach and stakeholder management skills will enable you to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation and with external clients.
