Through our ingage investor relations CRM platform, you'll help clients gain a deeper understanding of their shareholder base and make more informed engagement decisions.\nAs part of our Client Management team, you will play a pivotal role in onboarding new clients, coordinating seamless integration across front and back-office processes, and ensuring the delivery of accurate, high-quality insights and services. You'll act as a trusted partner to clients, providing ongoing support and guidance while building strong, long-term relationships. Your success in this role will directly contribute to client satisfaction, business growth, and the continued expansion of Investor Engagement and the broader Computershare business.\nSome other key responsibilities:\nAct as a trusted adviser to ASX and NZX listed companies, providing shareholder intelligence, market insights, and strategic guidance.\n\nBuild and manage strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service and becoming the primary point of contact for key accounts.\n\nDeliver accurate, timely shareholder analysis reports and investor ownership insights to support client decision-making.\n\nHelp clients maximise value from the ingage investor relations CRM platform through onboarding, training, and ongoing support.\n\nManage a portfolio of new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and growth.\n\nRespond to client queries and provide proactive support across Investor Intelligence and Investor Relations services.\n\nCollaborate with Investor Engagement, Issuer Services, and global teams to deliver seamless client outcomes.\n\nSupport board-level decision making, investor engagement strategies, governance initiatives, and capital market transactions.\n\nIdentify cross-sell opportunities and promote broader Investor Engagement and Computershare solutions.\n\nDrive operational excellence, process efficiencies, and continuous improvement across client delivery activities.\n\nWhat will you bring to the role?\nYou bring a strong combination of client relationship management, analytical thinking, and a passion for helping clients unlock value from data.
