Find out more about our flexible work culture at computershare.com/flex.\nWe give you a world of potential\nWe have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Analyst to join our ANZ Risk & Compliance team.\nIn this role, you'll support the effective operation of the ANZ Compliance Program by helping monitor regulatory developments, maintaining compliance processes and records, conducting compliance monitoring activities, and producing reporting that supports effective compliance management across the business.\nWhy is this role exciting? You'll help maintain compliance records and reporting, undertake monitoring activities, support regulatory communications, and contribute to projects that strengthen Computershare's compliance framework.\nSome key responsibilities:\nMonitor and analyse regulatory developments from regulators and industry bodies across Australia and New Zealand.\n\nPrepare regulatory updates, guidance and compliance communications for stakeholders.\n\nMaintain compliance registers, trackers, calendars and records.\n\nConduct routine compliance monitoring and testing activities.\n\nAnalyse compliance, operational and risk data to identify trends and areas requiring attention.\n\nProduce compliance reports, management information and governance reporting.\n\nSupport complaints, incidents, breaches and regulatory enquiry management activities.\n\nPrepare regulatory submissions, presentations and committee papers.\n\nAssist with audits, reviews, regulatory change projects and ad hoc compliance initiatives.\n\nBuild effective relationships with stakeholders across the business to promote compliance awareness and support timely information sharing.\n\nWhat will you bring to the role?\nExperience within financial services, ideally gained in compliance, risk, governance, regulatory affairs or reporting functions.\n\nStrong understanding of Australian and New Zealand regulatory requirements and compliance obligations.\n\nKnowledge of AFSL obligations, regulatory reporting, compliance monitoring and risk management frameworks.\n\nStrong analytical, reporting and problem-solving capabilities.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nHigh attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint\n\nRewards designed for you\nFlexible work to help you find the best balance between work and lifestyle.\nHealth and wellbeing rewards that can be tailored to support you and your family.\nInvest in our business by setting aside salary to purchase shares in our company, and you'll receive a company contribution as well.\n Extra rewards ranging from recognition awards and team get-togethers to helping you invest in your future.\nAnd more.
