Reporting to a Team Leader, you'll use various in-house IT systems to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. You'll deliver services on behalf of our clients via telephone, facing a variety of interesting and rewarding challenges every day.\nSchedule: Monday to Friday, shifts between 8am and 5.45pm, and some bank holidays on a rotational basis. The position is open to candidates who are within an hour's commute of Bristol, BS99 6ZZ and requires a reliable internet connection at home.\nTraining: Training lasts six weeks with no leave permitted during December and early January. After training, you'll work full-time in the office until completing your probationary period.
