As a Reward Operations Consultant, you will support employees and managers with benefits-related inquiries, manage employee requests, and ensure the accurate administration of benefit plans and employee data. This role combines customer service, problem-solving, and data analysis, offering the opportunity to work closely with HR, payroll, and external vendors while contributing to important reward and benefits initiatives across the organization.\nA role you will love\nIn this role, you will be responsible for the accurate administration of employee benefits and rewards programs, ensuring a high level of service and operational excellence. You'll leverage your analytical skills to manage benefits data, support reporting and compliance activities, and identify opportunities to improve processes.\nSome of your key responsibilities will include:\nAdminister and support global employee benefits and recognition programs. \nRespond to employee and manager benefit inquiries and resolve system tickets within SLAs. \nProcess benefit enrollments, changes, and cancellations while coordinating with payroll and vendors. \nMaintain accurate employee records in HRIS system. \nUse Excel formulas and VLOOKUP for benefits data management and reporting. \nProcess invoices, support compliance reporting, and assist with annual benefits activities. \nPromote HRIS self-service tools and collaborate with HR, payroll, and vendors to resolve issues.\nWhat will you bring to the role?\nMinimum 3 years of experience working with US employee benefits \nExperience in benefits administration, HR operations, or a related field\nStrong knowledge of Excel formulas and functions\nExposure to global benefits programs considered an asset \nStrong data management and reporting skills\nGood analytical and problem-solving abilities\nAttention to detail and accuracy in handling benefits-related data\nRewards designed for you\nPaid parental leave, flexible working and a caring and inclusive culture\nHealth and wellbeing rewards that can be tailored to support you and your family, including paid time off, observed holidays, medical, dental and vision plans\nInvest in your future with 401k matching, setting aside salary to purchase shares in our company and tax-advantaged flexible spending plans, including healthcare, dependent care and commuter\nIncome protection.
