Keep reading to find out a bit more about what you’ll be doing, and the type of person we’re looking for.\nA role you will love\nAs one of our IT Infrastructure Support Engineers, you will be responsible for the delivery, deployment, maintenance, support and optimisation of the core IT infrastructure. The role ensures that standard products and services are implemented efficiently and that systems remain reliable, secure, compliant and performant throughout their lifecycle.\nOther key responsibilities:\nProviding 2nd and 3rd Line support to Business escalated via the ‘Service Now” system.\nEnsuring all Server Systems are available and meet with Company requirements.\nEnsuring hardware and software fault calls are placed, managed and resolved according to relevant maintenance contracts and in line with problem management processes.\nBuilding pro-active and constructive professional relationships with other teams and departments.\nDay to day support of Microsoft Server Platforms and MS Products (Windows 2012 > 2022, Active Directory, Exchange SE/Online, Exchange Online,\nArchiving and Proofpoint.\nBackup Technologies such as Rubrik\nExcellent communication skills both written and verbal.\nStrong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services.\nDeep expertise of Microsoft Server Platforms and MS Products (Windows 2012 > 2025, Active Directory, Domain controllers, DHCP, Windows failover clustering, Windows file shares)\nUnderstanding of RHEL, IDM and Ansible.\nExcellent understanding of DNS\nUnderstanding Nutanix Hyper-Converged Infrastructure\nUnderstanding of Virtualization Hypervisors, AHV, ESXi\nOut of hours availability to support for maintenance and changes.\nInfrastructure Security - Knowledge of security controls, including encryption and access management, to safeguard infrastructure and ensure compliance.\nWhat will you bring to the role?\nYou will have experience in a similar role delivering third-line support, proven ability to build strong relationships through effective stakeholder management and previous experience using Messaging (Exchange Platform).\nYou will be a collaborative individual who enjoys working as part of a team and can communicate challenges clearly, helping others to understand them and work toward effective solutions.\nSome other key skills that you’ll have:\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues quickly and make decisions that meet customer objectives. \nA passion for IT and learning new technologies.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills (both verbal and written). \nProven experience of driving automation of process and tasks\nProven experience in managing complex enterprise level infrastructure solutions and services.\nProven experience in supporting Messaging at an enterprise level\nRewards designed for you\nFlexible work to help you find the best balance between work and lifestyle\nHealth and wellbeing rewards that can be tailored to support you and your family\nInvest in our business by setting aside salary to purchase shares in our company, and you’ll receive a company contribution as well.\nExtra rewards ranging from recognition awards and team get togethers to helping you invest in your future\nAnd more.
