Read on to find out more!\nOur leadership team are invested in developing and training our employees, so you will have the opportunity to carry on learning and developing in your role. \nYou will be working within a supportive department, where the teams are focused on being the best. \nWe foster a collaborative environment built on trust, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.\nWe’re a global organisation; you’ll be exposed to the wider business and opportunities to work in a global capacity. \nKeep on reading to find out a bit more about what you’ll be doing, and the type of person that we’re looking for.\nA role you will love\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an IT Project Manager to join a high-performing portfolio delivery function where you’ll shape, drive and lead a diverse mix of complex, high-visibility delivery initiatives, typically within an Agile or hybrid delivery framework\nYou will drive day-to-day activity, ensure alignment is met with scope, quality and delivery expectations and act as a central point of coordination between technical teams and the wider Plans business\nOther key responsibilities:\nDeliver projects to defined governance standards, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, issue resolution, and change control.\nMaintain accurate and up to date project documentation, plans, RAID logs, and status reports.\nProvide clear, timely reporting that gives stakeholders confidence and enables informed decisions..\nIdentify and manage key dependencies for the projects working with the wider change programmes, business and development teams.\nCreate the project approaches, structure and outline clear approach, roles and responsibilities required for the projects.\nDefine and manage project scope in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.\nLead stakeholder meetings, workshops, and checkpoint forums, ensuring all parties have a consistent view of progress and expectations.\nManage interactions with external partners and suppliers.\nWhat will you bring to the role?\nAs an IT Project Manager, you will be able to build productive working relationships with individuals from technical and non-technical backgrounds. You will be a strategic thinker, and bring robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with a proven history of successfully delivering complex IT projects, ideally within an agile environment. You thrive in fast paced, collaborative settings and naturally foster strong partnerships with stakeholders and teams.
