You will lead a team of Business Analysts and help the wider BA and Product Owner community use AI tools and automations to work more efficiently.\nA role you will love\nAs a Lead Business Analyst you will consult with the Senior Business Analysts and Business Analysts, wider development teams and our key stakeholders to support the delivery of high-quality solutions. You will provide guidance and support to a number of cross-functional agile teams maintaining oversight and will be accountable for customer-oriented solutions aligned to the overall Computershare strategy and values.\nThe ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership qualities, have the ability to analyze and interpret data, using great problem-solving skills to provide solutions and recommendations that will increase system and process efficiency and will have strong stakeholder management skills.
