The role enhances employee productivity and collaboration while aligning technology with business needs, creating a flexible, user-centric global workspace.\nOther key duties and responsibilities are as follows:\nTechnical Management: Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of modern workspace identity services (Entra ID, Active Directory, Conditional Access, MFA, identity lifecycle, SSO, Managed Identities, Enterprise Applications, etc).\nStrategy & Innovation: Define and drive workspace identity strategy, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance productivity and employee experience.\nSolution Design: Ensure effective design, implementation, and integration of directory services aligned with business goals.\nStakeholder Management: Partner with executives and cross-functional teams (IT, HR, Facilities) to align initiatives with business strategy.\nChange & Adoption: Lead change management efforts, including training and adoption of new workspace solutions.\nPerformance Optimization: Track KPIs, analyse user feedback, and drive continuous improvement.\nCompliance & Security: Ensure solutions meet regulatory and security standards in collaboration with InfoSec teams.\nTeam Leadership: Foster innovation and continuous improvement across the team by cultivating a culture of learning, experimentation, and knowledge sharing. Provide structured support and mentoring to develop Identity engineers and Operations team members, enabling capability growth, increased ownership, and consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine and execute a global, user-centric workspace identity strategy aligned with business goals.\nDevelop and leverage user personas to ensure solutions meet diverse user needs.\nOversee implementation and continuous optimization using feedback and performance data.\nTrack KPIs and report on performance, impact, and ROI to stakeholders.\nCommunicate effectively with senior leadership, translating technical concepts into business value.\nIdentify and adopt emerging technologies to enhance employee experience.\nLead change management initiatives, including training and user adoption.\nManage vendor relationships to ensure optimal delivery and support.\nPrioritize initiatives using value-based decision-making.\nManage and maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned with business value.\nApply agile practices to deliver incremental value and respond to changing needs.\nCollaborate with stakeholders and release teams to ensure timely delivery.\nWhat will you bring to the role\nFunctional Knowledge: Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum practices, facilitation, and negotiation.
