We help keep our internal and external verticals at the forefront of cutting edge digital and print communication practices.\nA role you will love\nThe role of the Mail Machine Operator performs mail enclosing processing in an ISO & Financial Communication Service environment focused on 100% accuracy in compliance with company service and risk management standards. This role is required to process with zero errors, operate and comply with privacy laws, ensure all correct inserts, no duplication of printouts and keep the machines running within strict quality controls. Any error may add to cost the business; therefore, strong attention to detail is paramount. The role must be able to interpret, communicate and follow written instructions at all levels of staff within CCS.\nSome of your key responsibilities will include:\nSet up mail inserting equipment in accordance with job instructions.\nLoad correct components onto machine per job.\nPerform regular and detailed quality checks on all components and finished envelopes to ensure quality standards are met.\nRecord/Reconcile daily work to meet our ISO standards and job instructions.\nEnsure related procedures are followed within guidelines.\nReturn unused materials back to the correct locations.\nEnsures stock staging area is kept organized.\nFolder, cutter, inkjet, sealer, electric pallet trucks and print machines.\nUse of proprietary software to capture/track all inserted output.\nEscalate any non-conformance for jobs or schedule.\nWhat will we need from you\nMinimum of six months experience as a Mail operator or 2 years’ experience running production inserting equipment.\nRewards designed for you\nPaid parental leave, flexible working and a caring and inclusive culture.\nHealth and wellbeing rewards that can be tailored to support you and your family, including medical, dental and vision.\nInvest in your future with 401k matching and tax-advantaged flexible spending plans, including healthcare, dependent care and commuter.\nIncome protection.
