This role will be reporting to the Team Leader - Production.\nA role you will love\nWhy is this an exciting opportunity? Well as a Mailroom Operator in Computershare Communication Services (CCS) you will work as an integral part of a team on a shift pattern, who are responsible for ensuring the day-to-day preparation, production, and dispatch of physical (paper based) customer communications. Hours are Monday to Friday 3pm to 11pm.\nYou will be operating specialised production equipment including but not limited to;\nDigital printing on High-speed Continuous Inkjet Presses. (Ricoh)\nCut- Sheet digital printing on Toner and Inkjet production printers. (Xerox)\nHigh and Medium speed mail enclosing equipment.\nManual hand sorting and enclosing.\nGuillotines and cutting equipment. \nYou will be working in environment were maintaining a high level of discipline and accuracy in ensuring that processes and quality control methods are a part of the everyday culture and service that is focused on meeting the clients’ expectations and set KPI’s.\nWhat will you bring to the role?\nYou will use your strong organisational and planning capabilities to excel in this role as well as being an excellent communicator! Building strong relationships internally.\nSome other key skills that you’ll have:\nOperate production equipment and systems in line with manufacturers guidelines.\nAchieve scheduled output figures in line with daily targets\nAchieve 100% reconciliation of all output to ensure all work is compliant and in line with customer requirements.\nAlways demonstrate safe working practices \nEnsure quality products are produced 100% of the time in line with equipment manufacturer specifications and ISO 9001:2018 procedures and work Instructions. \nEssential experience\nNo Educational Qualifications other than ability to read and write in English.
