This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for shaping how AI-enabled software delivery is adopted and governed across a global technology organisation.\nLeading a team of product and delivery specialists, you'll drive the roadmap, influence enterprise investment decisions, embed governance and controls, and help guide the organisation's journey from AI-assisted development towards agent-orchestrated delivery. Acting as the enterprise authority for AI software delivery, you'll ensure the AI SDLC Portal remains the single source of truth across the development lifecycle.\nKey responsibilities\nDefine and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and prioritisation for the AI SDLC Portal.\nPartner with technology and business stakeholders to identify needs and drive adoption of AI-enabled software delivery practices.\nOwn and continuously evolve the AI SDLC operating model.\nLead product delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.\nDrive user experience, adoption, value realisation, and organisational change.\nEmbed governance, risk, compliance, and control requirements into the product and operating model.\nInfluence senior stakeholders and governance forums to establish priorities and secure investment.\nLead and develop a team of product and delivery professionals.\nWhat will you bring to the role?\nThe AI Product & Model Management will have significant experience in product management, operating model design, technology transformation and software delivery leadership.\nIn addition, you will have strong understanding of SDLC practices, product management, governance frameworks, and enterprise technology delivery. With demonstrated success leading complex transformation initiatives within large, matrixed organisations.\nOther key skills and experience\nExperience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and investment cases for enterprise-scale platforms and services.\nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior technology leaders and control functions.\nExperience driving organisational change, adoption, and continuous improvement.\nDegree qualified in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.\nThis is a unique opportunity to play a central role in shaping the future of AI delivery across the organisation.
