Find out more about our flexible work culture atcomputershare.com/flex.\nWe give you a world of potential\nComputershare has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team in Edinburgh.\nReporting directly to our Delivery Lead, you'll join our brand-new AI Hub, a growing team focused on delivering innovative technology solutions and exploring how emerging technologies can create value across our business.\nWorking closely with programme leaders, senior stakeholders and technical colleagues, you'll contribute to impactful initiatives, gain broad exposure across the organisation and play a key role in the evolution of our technology landscape.\nA role you will love\nIn this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering technology projects that support our systems and associated business processes.\nWorking within Agile, Hybrid, and occasionally traditional delivery frameworks, you will drive project activities from initiation through to successful delivery, ensuring alignment to scope, quality, timelines, and business objectives. Acting as a central point of coordination, you will work closely with technical teams, stakeholders, Product Owners, and third-party suppliers to ensure projects deliver tangible business value.\nKey responsibilities\nDeliver technology change initiatives supporting systems and business processes.\nManage project plans, governance, risks, issues, dependencies, and reporting.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams to maintain delivery momentum and remove impediments.\nEnsure transparency of project progress, risks, and issues through effective stakeholder communication.\nWork collaboratively with technical teams, Product Owners, stakeholders, and suppliers.\nSupport Agile delivery ceremonies and hybrid project management practices where appropriate.\nEnsure projects contribute to wider portfolio objectives and strategic business outcomes.\nPromote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nWhat will you bring to the role?\nYou will have proven experience delivering IT projects across the full software development lifecycle and be comfortable working within Agile environments using methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, as well as hybrid delivery models.\nYou will be an excellent communicator, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. You will build strong working relationships, proactively share information, and work collaboratively to resolve challenges and deliver successful outcomes.\nYou will take a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, identifying root causes and working with teams to implement appropriate solutions without unnecessary complexity.\nOther key skills and experience\nStrong understanding of software development and technology delivery processes.\nExperience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and governance.\nStrong planning, organisational, and prioritisation skills.\nAbility to contribute beyond core project management responsibilities, including supporting analysis, planning, and solution discussions.\nComfortable providing constructive challenge and receiving feedback positively.\nResilient, adaptable, and able to maintain delivery momentum under pressure. \nConfident decision-maker within agreed project boundaries.\nDemonstrates a consistent track record of successful project delivery.\nProactive, action-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving outcomes.\nThis is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering technology change within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
