They participate as a member of an agile team or on larger initiatives and demand management items based on team and initiative needs, as well as the individual’s expertise and interests. The Senior Business Analyst may also correspond with business stakeholders and Technology in response to queries received, providing accurate written or verbal guidance and interpretation to maintain high quality customer service standards.\nWork closely with the Business Stakeholders, Application Product Owner and Delivery team to create backlog items on initiatives, enhancements, and other changes that come up, using excellent written and oral communications.\nEffectively obtain information from stakeholders to obtain requirements\nSupport Application Product Owner to assist in creation of user stories in teams' backlog, and aid in sequencing of user stories considering any dependencies\nWork with team to break apart user stories and detail acceptance criteria\nIdentify and manage changes and refinements to user stories\nSupport Application Product Owner in grooming the backlog\nIdentify and communicate risks, issues, constraints, and assumptions that may impact scope and/or solution.\nProvide status on assigned tasks in Daily Stand-ups\nParticipate in Sprint planning, Reviews and Retros - support team as needed\nCan take on other scrum team tasks as appropriate in support across functional Agile development team\nWorks with user groups to assist in creation of test scripts as necessary\nSupports coordination of UAT testing with stakeholders for release testing\nWorks with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs and recommend changes\nProvide support and/or subject matter expertise of the system, it’s capabilities, underlying data and change impacts as well as act as a point of contact for user support to end users\nWhat will you bring to the role?\nBachelor’s/Master's degree (Bsc/Btech/BE/Msc/Mtech/BBA/BCA)\n5+ years in operational, technical, business product management or equivalent experience\n1 year of experience with agile (SaFE) product development methodology\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and build consensus in a reciprocal way\nProven technology acumen and a desire to learn\nKnowledge of Agile tools such as ADO (Azure Devops), Confluence\nKnowledge of Agile SCRUM and Kanban\nRewards designed for you.\nHealth and wellbeing rewards that can be tailored to support you and your family.\nSave for your future.
