You will play a key role in helping leaders understand the operating model, workforce, and organizational implications of evolving technologies, changing business needs, and emerging industry trends.\nThis is a unique opportunity to influence significant organizational change without direct people management responsibility. You will identify, design, and deliver strategic initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness, employee experience, and customer outcomes.\nYou will work across the organization to assess how emerging technologies, automation, and AI-enabled ways of working may impact operating models, workforce requirements, and organizational design. From concept through implementation, you will lead initiatives that improve processes, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and help prepare the organization to respond to changing business needs.\nYou will collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to build alignment around strategic priorities, influence decision-making, and support the successful execution of strategic initiatives. A significant aspect of the role will involve understanding how change impacts people, processes, and ways of working, and helping leaders navigate organizational and workforce implications.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operating model and organizational effectiveness leader who enjoys solving complex business challenges and helping organizations navigate change.\nSome of your key responsibilities will include:\nShape and execute strategic initiatives aligned to Computershare's operating model strategy.\nDrive improvements in business processes, organizational effectiveness, customer experience, and process consistency while balancing business requirements, regional needs, and customer outcomes.\nEvaluate the impact of AI, automation, and emerging technologies on operating models, workforce requirements, organizational design, and business processes, and develop recommendations that support long-term business objectives.\nAssess workforce and organizational readiness for change and develop strategies that support successful adoption of strategic initiatives.\nPartner with business leaders to design and implement scalable solutions that support long-term growth and operational excellence. \nBuild stakeholder alignment and influence cross-functional teams to drive execution and results in a complex matrixed environment.\nDevelop business cases, recommendations, and implementation plans that support strategic priorities. \nMonitor industry trends, market developments, and evolving business practices to identify opportunities that improve organizational effectiveness, workforce capability, and operational performance.\nWhat will you bring to the role?\n15+ years of experience leading strategic initiatives, operating model evolution, organizational effectiveness efforts, or large-scale change.\nDemonstrated experience leading operating model, organizational effectiveness, or large-scale change initiatives from strategy development through execution.\nStrong understanding of operating model design, organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy, change management, and the business implications of technology, automation, and AI.\nProven ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams without direct authority. \nExperience influencing workforce strategy, organizational design, or operating model decisions across complex organizations.\nExperience leading large, geographically dispersed teams and organizations through leaders.\nDemonstrated success developing leadership capability, organizational readiness, and talent pipelines.\nExperience leading organizations through significant operational, organizational, or transformational change.\nExperience within financial services or similarly regulated environments with emphasis on securities operations such as brokerage, custody, stock transfer or corporate trust operations.\nExceptional stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills. \nRewards designed for you\nPaid parental leave, flexible working and a caring and inclusive culture\nHealth and wellbeing rewards that can be tailored to support you and your family, including paid time off, observed holidays, medical, dental and vision plans\nInvest in your future with 401k matching, setting aside salary to purchase shares in our company and tax-advantaged flexible spending plans, including healthcare, dependent care and commuter\nIncome protection.
