The role holder will also be an individual who can maintain a level of accuracy and professionalism while using software in a traditional office environment. Responsible for providing public record research services for clients, which include conducting UCC/Tax Lien/Judgment searches and filings.\nOther responsibilities include:\nConducting UCC/Tax Lien/Judgment searches and filings for our wide range of clients.\nUtilizing research portals from the Secretary of State or vendors to obtain search results.\nActing as a main point of contact for clients, from order intake to processing search results.\nUtilizing an order management system to create new orders and manage existing orders.\nCollaboration with team members on client order requests, from intake to fulfilment.\nObtaining Secretary of State documents from online portals and external vendors.\nReviewing the data accuracy of each client deliverable\nInteracting with clients to obtain financial or entity related information to complete the search or filing requests.\nWhat will you bring to the role?\nThe ideal candidate will possess the following capabilities: Attendance/Punctuality, Dependability, Initiative, Innovation, Motivation and Professionalism. Someone with a proven record of accuracy and thoroughness; someone who completes work in a timely manner and meets productivity standards of the company.\nEducation and Experience\nCompletion of High School Diploma or GED required.
