You will be expected to ensure effective and efficient project management of the survey project from programming through to fielding completion.What You’ll Do:\nManage the fielding of the survey from survey launch through to fielding completion; ensuring that surveys go live, appropriately collect data, target the correct population. Fine-tune the fielding approach as necessary\nCoordinate with the programming team to ensure that questionnaires are programmed accurately and meet researcher’s specifications\nPerform quality checks on the programmed survey\nTroubleshoot project issues and document processes\nWork with sample vendors during fielding as needed\nConcurrently handle projects to accommodate deadlines\nWhat You’ll Need:\nBachelor’s Degree\n2+ years work experience managing online surveys\nWorking knowledge of MS Office Suite; familiarity with Confirmit software\nUnderstanding of computer programming and technical familiarity with scripting (JavaScript, jScript.NET) is an asset\nStrong project management experience\nAbility to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities and be self-directed\nAttention to detail and demonstration of commitment to the accuracy and completeness of information \nStrong written and verbal communication skills; ability to tailor communication style\nWillingness to develop expertise by client, product, or survey type\nShift Timing:\nThe regular hours for this position will cover a combination of business hours in the US and India - typically 2PM-11PM IST. Occasionally, later hours may be required for meetings with teams in other parts of the world.
