กำหนดขอบเขตโครงการ (Scope), แผนงาน (Roadmap), ลำดับความสำคัญ, กรอบเวลา, งบประมาณ และแผนบรรเทาความเสี่ยง ให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายทางธุรกิจ- รวบรวม วิเคราะห์ และแปลงความต้องการทางธุรกิจ (Business Requirements) ให้ออกมาเป็น User Stories และข้อกำหนดเชิงฟังก์ชัน (Functional Specifications)- ประสานงานร่วมกับทีมพัฒนา (Developers), ทีมประกันคุณภาพ (QA), ทีมออกแบบ (UX/UI), ทีมปฏิบัติการ (Operations) และซัพพลายเออร์ภายนอก (Vendors) เพื่อตรวจสอบความพร้อมและทำให้การดำเนินงานสำเร็จลุล่วง- ขับเคลื่อนการทำงานรูปแบบ Agile โดยการเป็นผู้ดำเนินการประชุม (Ceremonies), บริหารจัดการรายการภาระงาน (Backlogs) และสนับสนุนทีมในการขจัดอุปสรรคต่างๆ- ควบคุมดูแลกระบวนการทดสอบระบบโดยผู้ใช้ (UAT), ความพร้อมในการขึ้นระบบ (Deployment), การบริหารจัดการความเปลี่ยนแปลง (Change Management) และกิจกรรมช่วงเริ่มใช้งานจริง (Go-live)- ติดตามความคืบหน้าของโครงการ, สร้างความเข้าใจที่ตรงกันของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย และประเมินประสิทธิภาพการส่งมอบงาน เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าโครงการเสร็จสิ้นตรงเวลาและอยู่ในขอบเขตที่กำหนด-
