This individual should continuously work to improve the level of service we extend to our clients and customers, particularly with respect to customer account management and revenue reconciliation. This person will assist the Parking Accounts Manager with any assigned work tasks.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssists with budgets and variance reports for assigned locations\nUtilizes Paris software to assist in the management of monthly accounts, including but not limited to invoicing, parking assignments, waitlists, permit requests, and account adjustments\nProvides timely and friendly customer service to monthly parking customers to convey accurate program information and resolve inquiries\nAssists in the identification of program and process optimizations and provides recommendations to improve efficiency and productivity\nAssists Parking Account Manager with assigned PCI compliance tasks.\nAssists with onboarding of new team members including interviewing and training\nAssists with the tracking of accounts payable and receivable to ensure that payments are accurate and timely recorded\nFollows up with customer accounts that are carrying past due balances\nVerifies and enters data into financial processing system according to ParkX procedures, and troubleshoots system as needed\nPrepares invoices, account statements, and other records\nAssists Comstock’s accounting team with any ParkX accounting needs\nAssists with the auditing parking lot transactions, procedures, controls, and policies\nAssists with the maintenance of records\nMaintains a positive attitude while working with customers and clients\nPossesses a complete knowledge and understanding of all properties within the ParkX portfolio\nUnderstands all relevant systems within the Remote Management Center, including but not limited to Commend intercoms, various PARCS, Outlook, Paris, Geneva, TEZ systems, INDECT, and SWEB\nFully investigates any account irregularities, and reports issues to upper management\nMaintains knowledge of departmental policies and procedures\nMaintains a flexible schedule as the needs of the business evolves\nAdjusts to changing demands in daily priority levels and workflow\nHelps promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale\nEnsures revenue controls, processes, and procedures are followed\nPerforms additional auditing duties including but not limited to completing spot inspections, performing site visits, and verifying the accuracy of revenue reports\nConducts training sessions for new hires, to ensure that they are following correct procedures for Paris and Geneva data entry\nPerforms other duties and tasks as assigned by management\nQualifications\nPossess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field\nMinimum of 1 year with operational and leadership experience, including revenue control and reporting\nBackground in the parking industry in a supervisory role within a private\noperation organization strongly desired, but not required\nEstablished experience in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook\nMust be highly credible and trustworthy, and operate with high degree of integrity\nMust hold oneself and others accountable and strive for a high level of excellence\nMust have a positive, can-do attitude and be able to fuel growth and innovation\nMust be customer-focused and results-oriented\nMust want to continuously learn and develop\nExceptional oral and written communication, active listening, and organizational skills\nAbility to establish strong working relationships with others in team setting\nAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment\nSelf-directed and able to work independently, with minimal supervision\nCore Competencies\nStrategic Growth & Portfolio Expansion\nFinancial Modeling & Underwriting\nProposal Development & Contract Negotiation\nClient Relationship Management\nMarket Analysis & Business Strategy\nAdaptability & Flexibility\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nLeadership & Accountability\nBenefits\nCompensation:\n- Competitive Salary with Bonus Potential\n- Generous Benefit Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, Life Insurance\nCareer Development\n- Opportunities for Advancement within our expanding portfolio\n- Annual Professional Development Funds to fuel your growth\nEmployee Perks (to name a few):\n- Housing Discount\n- Commuter Benefits\n- Free Parking and EV charging\n- Parental Leave Program\n- Enjoy a Friendly Work Environment that values collaboration\nExplore more perks and possibilities here for growing your career with Comstock Companies!
