This position completes field-based inspections to ensure ParkX service standards, staffing requirements, operational procedures, and equipment performance expectations are consistently met. The ParkX Location Auditor provides direct operational support to customers, clients, and field personnel while serving as ParkX’s eyes and ears in the field. This role helps identify service deficiencies, equipment failures, staffing concerns, safety hazards, and cleanliness issues before they become larger operational, customer service, or client satisfaction concerns.\nResponsibilities\nAccesses and manages parking systems as authorized, including basic troubleshooting, remote equipment support, and system updates.\nMonitors employee clock-ins and reports attendance issues, staffing shortages, late arrivals, and missed shifts.\nReviews security patrol checkpoint activity and identifies missed patrols, incomplete activity, or irregular checkpoint patterns.\nEscalates emergency situations, critical incidents, and operational issues according to ParkX procedures.\nConducts scheduled and unannounced audits of assigned ParkX-managed parking, security, and janitorial locations.\nTravels between locations in a marked ParkX vehicle to complete assigned inspections and audits.\nCompletes checkpoint scans, audit checklists, reports, photographs, and supporting documentation accurately and on time.\nVerifies employee presence, uniform compliance, professionalism, and adherence to assigned responsibilities.\nEvaluates site conditions and identifies deficiencies related to cleanliness, safety, security, equipment functionality, customer experience, and operational standards.\nTests parking equipment, including gates, pay stations, ticket dispensers, validators, card readers, access control devices, signage, and customer-facing systems.\nTests intercom systems to verify functionality and proper communication with the ParkX call center.\nPerforms basic troubleshooting, equipment resets, paper replacement, and other approved corrective actions when authorized and trained.\nConducts inspections of parking facilities to identify cleanliness concerns, maintenance issues, safety hazards, damaged equipment, or operational deficiencies.\nEvaluates security locations for officer presence, post compliance, professionalism, and adherence to site requirements.\nIdentifies and documents security concerns, including unsecured areas, poor lighting, vandalism, suspicious activity, property damage, and safety hazards.\nAudits janitorial operations by inspecting common areas, restrooms, lobbies, stairwells, elevators, exterior areas, and other assigned spaces.\nEvaluates cleanliness standards, supply levels, trash removal, floor conditions, restroom conditions, and overall property presentation.\nPerforms light spot cleaning, minor corrective actions, or immediate issue resolution when safe, practical, and authorized.\nCommunicates operational concerns and service deficiencies to management and appropriate stakeholders.\nEscalates urgent matters involving safety, security, customer access, equipment failures, staffing shortages, revenue impact, or client concerns.\nMaintains detailed and accurate records of all audits, observations, corrective actions, and follow-up items.\nRepresents ParkX professionally in the call center, in the field, and while operating company vehicles.\nEnsures compliance with company policies, procedures, operational standards, and client requirements.\nHandles issues independently while exercising sound judgment and escalating major concerns appropriately.\nIs available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and other shifts as required.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent.\nPrior customer service, call center, parking, security, janitorial, operations, or field inspection experience preferred.\nValid driver’s license without major violations.\nAbility to safely operate a company vehicle and travel between assigned locations.\nStrong customer service and communication skills.\nStrong attention to detail and observational skills.\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.\nAbility to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills.\nComfortable using computers, mobile devices, parking systems, CCTV systems, email, and ticketing platforms.\nAbility to accurately document findings and prepare professional reports.\nMust be highly credible and trustworthy and operate with a high degree of integrity.\nMust hold oneself accountable and consistently demonstrate professionalism.\nMust maintain a positive attitude and commitment to customer service excellence.\nAbility to remain calm and professional during emergencies, difficult customer interactions, and high-volume periods.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to establish productive working relationships with customers, clients, staff,
