This position delivers company, client, and customer expectations by ensuring the facility is operating in accordance with company policy and client expectations. This person is also responsible for managing the performance of the hourly workforce assigned to the facility.\nKey Responsibilities\nAlways maintains proper staffing levels to ensure customer service and operating standards are met through scheduling and managing on-call employees\nCollects deposits and reports daily revenue on a consolidated basis and reviews cahier reports for accuracy and completeness on a daily basis\nDirectly oversees all day to day activities associated with opening, managing, and closing the facility\nEnsures Officers correctly fill out all necessary paperwork including daily activity reports, Maintenance reports and incident reports.\nEnsures the facility is operating in accordance with company policy including revenue control, equipment maintenance, proper and accurate signage, and internal audit scores\nEnsures the facility’s safety and security for guests and employees by reviewing maintenance checklists and conducting periodic safety audits as directed by the company’s Safety Manual\nMay be asked to fill in for front line associates during their absences\nMay be asked to meet with the property’s client contact on as needed basis\nOversees the contract parker program by ensuring customers are properly registered, A/R is billed and collected on a timely basis and responds to corporate account requests and concerns\nReport incidents to ParkX Management in a timely manner (Phone and Track Tik Report)\nResponsible for documenting Incident Forms and conducting incident investigations as directed by his/her Senior Operations Manager and/or the Corporate Office\nResponsible for resolving those customer concerns that are escalated to his/her attention by the facility’s front-line associates\nTrain new officers (Track Tik, Barnacle, Patrol rounds)\nPerform other duties as assigned\nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma\nMust be certified security officer by the state of Virginia\nMinimum of at least 1 year experience in customer-service related field \nValid driver's license without major violations\nFlexibility to work after hours and weekends, as needed\nOutgoing personality with ability to relate to diverse group of people and build/maintain strong relationships\nStrong sense of urgency\nStrong problem-solving, time management and communication skills\nMust be highly credible and trustworthy, and operate with high degree of integrity\nMust hold oneself and others accountable and strive for a high level of excellence\nMust have a positive, can-do attitude and be able to fuel growth and innovation\nMust be customer-focused and results-oriented\nMust want to continuously learn and develop\nExceptional oral and written communication, active listening, and organizational skills\nAbility to establish strong working relationships with others in team setting \nAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment \nSelf-directed and able to work independently, with minimal supervision\nPhysical Demands & Work Environment\nRequired to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch, twist, and/or reach\nPush, pull or lift up to 50 pounds\nContinuous repetitive motions\nWork under variable temperature conditions (or extreme heat or cold), under variable noise levels, outdoors/indoors, around fumes and/or hazards, around dust and/or mite hazards, around chemicals and bio-hazards\nBenefits\nCompensation: \n Benefit Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, Life Insurance\nCareer Development\n- Opportunities for Advancement within our expanding portfolio\n- Annual Professional Development Funds to fuel your growth\nEmployee Perks (to name a few):\n- Free Parking and EV charging\n- Parental Leave Program\n- Enjoy a Friendly Work Environment that values collaboration\n*Note benefits vary depending on the function of your role\nThe wage range listed for this position reflects a reasonable estimate and considers multiple factors that influence compensation decisions.
