This position delivers company, client, and customer expectations by ensuring the facility is operating in accordance with company policy and client expectations. \nResponsibilities: \nAccess control for guests, tenants, and vendors. \nProvide elevator assistance and door assistance to all guests. \nProvide customer service and assistance to clients, customers, and visitors. \nDaily activity report, access control reports, and incident reports daily. \nObservation and reporting of all safety concerns. \nPatrol the common areas. \nDirectly oversees all day-to-day activities associated with opening, managing, and closing the facility. \nEnsures the facility’s safety and security for guests and employees by reviewing maintenance checklists and conducting periodic safety audits as directed by the company’s Safety Manual. \nResolves customer concerns that are escalated to his/her attention by the facility’s front-line associates. \nCompletes Incident Forms and conducts incident investigations as directed by his/her Senior Operations Manager and/or the Corporate Office. \nConsistently and effectively uses software applications necessary to record and track work. \nPerforms other duties as assigned. \nQualifications \nHigh School Diploma \nMinimum of 2 years’ experience in customer-service related job \nValid driver's license without major violations \nFlexibility to work after hours and weekends, as needed \nFlexibility to work through lunches (paid) on a constistent basis unless advance arrangements made in accordance with division/department policies. \nMust be a certified security professional (VA Unarmed Security Officer/Courier, aka DCJS) by the state of Virginia or will be required to obtain certification within 60 days of start/transfer date. \nOutgoing personality with ability to relate to diverse group of people and build/maintain strong relationships \nStrong sense of urgency \nStrong problem-solving, time management and communication skills \nMust be highly credible and trustworthy, and operate with high degree of integrity \nMust hold oneself and others accountable and strive for a high level of excellence \nMust have a positive, can-do attitude and be able to fuel growth and innovation \nMust be customer-focused and results-oriented \nMust want to continuously learn and develop \nExceptional oral and written communication, active listening, and organizational skills \nAbility to establish strong working relationships with others in team setting \nAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment \nSelf-directed and able to work independently, with minimal supervision \nPHYSCIAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT \nRequired to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch, twist, and/or reach \nPush, pull or lift up to 50 pounds \nContinuous repetitive motions \nWork under variable temperature conditions (or extreme heat or cold), under variable noise levels, outdoors/indoors, around fumes and/or hazards, around dust and/or mite hazards, around chemicals and bio-hazards \nONE COMSTOCK, ONE MISSION: Delivering extraordinary experiences in places people live, work, and play.
