This position delivers company, client, and customer expectations by ensuring that all assigned locations are operating in a first-class manner and in accordance with company policy. This person should demonstrate leadership, be willing to drive positive change, and should participate in and support organizational objectives.\nKey Responsibilities:\nThe Security Operations Manager will provide leadership, direct management, and day-to-day oversight of the physical Security team, including Managers, Supervisors, and Officers\nEnsure team members understand and promote corporate goals, core values, and departmental responsibilities detailed in the Company org chart and Employee Handbook\nPromptly address and resolve customer concerns in a first-class manner that is consistent with guidelines established by the Comstock Executive Team\nPlan and coordinate security operations for specific events with the marketing department\nWalk assigned properties daily and keep a running list of maintenance items\nResolves customer concerns that are escalated to his/her attention by the facility’s front-line associates\nMaintains equipment through regular maintenance and preventative care\nScheduling, deployment, supervision, and training of Security Officers\nManage essential maintenance contracts and work closely with vendor contacts, specifically janitorial, landscaping, and security \nOversee quarterly client surveys \nProvide daily, weekly, or monthly activity report as required by supervisor and Comstock Executive Team\nOversee maintenance operations by partnering with maintenance team to maintain property’s curb appeal and assess possible maintenance issues, while ensuring that all manufacturer’s recommended routine maintenance (as well as Comstock required maintenance) is completed in a timely fashion\nPossesses a complete knowledge and understanding of all properties within the ParkX portfolio.\nPossesses a complete knowledge and understanding of all current and prospective clients.\nPerform other duties as assigned\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise:\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent\nMinimum of 2 years of security / law enforcement experience\nBilingual Spanish and English is a plus\nMust be certified security officer by the state of Virginia, Maryland and Washington DC\nMinimum of at least 3-year experience in customer-service related field \nValid driver's license without major violations\nFlexibility to work after hours and weekends, as needed\nOutgoing personality with ability to relate to diverse group of people and build/maintain strong relationships\nCPR/AED/First Aid Certification\nMust have the ability to forge and maintain relationships with police departments in local\nStrong problem-solving, time management and communication skills\nMust be highly credible and trustworthy, and operate with high degree of integrity\nMust hold oneself and others accountable and strive for a high level of excellence\nMust have a positive, can-do attitude and be able to fuel growth and innovation\nMust be customer-focused and results-oriented\nMust want to continuously learn and develop\nExceptional
