As a GTM Intern, you’ll be at the heart of our sales engine, turning data, creativity and persistence into real customer impact.\nAs a company, we value in-person collaboration and expect employees to work from our Munich office at least 4 days a week.\nWhat you will be building\nCultivate and nurture relationships with B2B prospects from the construction industry by proactively reaching out to generate interest and schedule discovery calls\n\nUtilize multiple channels (LinkedIn, email, phone) to identify potential customers, build outreach campaigns and create engagement with key decision-makers\n\nSupport comstruct’s Go-to-Market initiatives by researching new customer segments, analyzing target markets and helping to refine our sales strategy\n\nCollaborate with the GTM team to track results, improve CRM data quality and optimize our lead generation processes\n\nStay informed about industry trends, competitors and digitalization initiatives within the construction space\n\nWhat you need to succeed\nPassion for B2B software sales and a strong interest in startups, SaaS and digital transformation\n\nProactive and curious mindset, eager to learn how Go-to-Market and Sales strategies work in fast-scaling companies\n\nAnalytical and structured working style, combined with strong attention to detail\n\nExcellent communication skills in German (C2 required) and English.
