From zero to deployed, end to end.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nYou have at least 3 years of experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up, and you can point to things you've shipped and truly owned and not just contributed to\n\nYou care deeply about whether what you build actually solves the problem, and you're comfortable navigating ambiguity to get there\n\nWhat we care about most: you think like a builder. You take ownership seriously. You have the drive and the track record to prove it\n\nFull proficiency in German and English.\n\nYou have ownership to drive a new product initiatives like:\nProcurement Agents - fully autonomous systems that handle material orders directly from the construction site, from the first requisition all the way to the posted invoice, with no human action required\n\nContract Management -
