Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop mediation workflows and transformations in DigitalRoute Mediation Zone.
  • Analyze business requirements and convert them into scalable MZ solutions.
  • Work closely with Billing, CRM, and downstream teams for integrations.
  • Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of mediation jobs.
  • Support production deployments and provide L3 support when needed.


Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in DigitalRoute Mediation Zone (MZ) development.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and Unix/Linux environments.
  • Understanding of Telecom Billing and Telecom BSS processes.
  • Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.


Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with any Billing system.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, version control, etc. ).
