improvement of testing processes and product quality.\nEnsure adherence to quality standards, security guidelines, CI/CD processes, and release management practices.\nCollaborate with customers, project teams, and stakeholders for requirement clarification and issue resolution.\n\nMandatory Skills:\nStrong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), requirement analysis, and test planning.\nExperience with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Shell scripting.\nHands-on experience with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or MariaDB.\nStrong knowledge of testing concepts, test execution, defect lifecycle management, and quality assurance processes.\nExperience with unit testing, load testing, code coverage, and debugging tools such as JUnit, JMeter, JaCoCo, GDB, or similar.\nHands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Robot Framework, Postman, Rest Assured, Appium, or equivalent.\nGood understanding of operating systems, particularly Linux.\nExperience working with Redis, MongoDB, or other in-memory database technologies.\nKnowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Kibana, ELK, Nagios, or similar platforms.\nExperience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices including Jenkins, SonarQube, build tools, and automated deployment pipelines.\nUnderstanding of cloud technologies and deployment environments.\nFamiliarity with security testing tools and secure development practices.\nKnowledge of VAS product environments and testing methodologies.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.\n\nDesirable Skills:\nHands-on experience with Java, Python, PHP, JavaScript, Shell, AWK, or Perl development.\nKnowledge of web servers such as Tomcat, Apache HTTPD, or Nginx.\nExperience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.\nUnderstanding of networking, clustering, and distributed systems concepts.\nKnowledge of GSM, 3G, 4G, and 5G network architecture and telecom ecosystems.\nFamiliarity with telecom protocols such as SS7, SIGTRAN, IP, TCAP, SCCP, M3UA, SCTP, SMPP, DIAMETER, and RADIUS.\nExperience in advanced troubleshooting, performance analysis, and root cause analysis.\nWorking knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.\nExposure to NoSQL databases and distributed data platforms.\nUnderstanding of software
