Key Responsibilities: Analyze business and functional requirements, identify test scenarios, and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Prepare, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test strategies across product releases. Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing of telecom and VAS products. Develop and maintain automated test suites using industry-standard test automation frameworks and tools. Conduct API testing and validate integrations with external and internal systems. Perform unit, performance, load, and reliability testing to ensure product stability and scalability. Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with development teams for timely resolution. Configure, deploy, and validate applications across Linux and virtualized environments. Create and monitor dashboards, logs, and reports to proactively identify system issues. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and product quality. Ensure adherence to quality standards, security guidelines, CI/CD processes, and release management practices. Collaborate with customers, project teams, and stakeholders
