Collaborate with product managers, architects, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives. Identify system bottlenecks and drive performance optimization initiatives across applications and platforms. Establish and enforce engineering best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, observability, security, and operational excellence.
