automation, release management, and cloud-native operations.\nOversee data integrations, workflows, APIs, and platform scalability initiatives.\nAct as the primary engineering escalation point for critical customer, delivery, and production issues.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, architects, program managers, and business leaders.\nLead technical discussions, solution reviews, delivery governance, and stakeholder communications.\nMentor and coach team members on technical expertise, ownership, problem-solving, and career development.\nDrive performance management, capability building, succession planning, and team engagement.\n\nMandatory Skills:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.\nProven experience leading and mentoring full-stack engineering teams in product or SaaS environments.\nStrong technical expertise in:JavaScript / TypeScript\nReact\nNode.js / Express\nREST APIs\nMicroservices Architecture\n\nStrong understanding of scalable frontend and backend application design.\nExperience with PostgreSQL and modern database technologies.\nExperience working with AWS and cloud-native application deployment models.\nStrong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, containerization, and distributed systems.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and release management practices.\nPractical experience with monitoring, observability, production support, and incident management.\nStrong debugging, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.\nExperience working closely with Product Management, QA, DevOps, Support, and Architecture teams.\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, and customer-facing skills.\nDemonstrated ability to drive delivery accountability, execution excellence, and team performance.\nStrong people management capabilities including coaching, feedback, performance management, and talent development.\nHigh ownership mindset with a focus on business outcomes and customer success.\n\nDesirable Skills:\nExperience in Loyalty, Rewards, Retail, Digital Commerce, FinTech, or Customer Engagement platforms.\nExperience building or managing SaaS and multi-tenant product platforms.\nKnowledge of event-driven architecture and streaming technologies such as Kafka.\nExposure to Apache NiFi or similar workflow orchestration and data integration platforms.\nUnderstanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), observability, and platform reliability practices.\nExposure to AI/GenAI use cases in product engineering, analytics, automation, or developer productivity.\nKnowledge of cloud security and secure software development practices.\nExperience driving engineering maturity, platform modernization, and process improvements.\nExperience
