Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the MobiLytix Rewards engineering team, driving ownership, accountability, and delivery excellence. Own end-to-end engineering delivery, including feature development, product quality, platform stability, scalability, and operational excellence. Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, QA, DevOps, and Support teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and execution plans. Own production stability through proactive monitoring, issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with DevOps teams to strengthen CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, release management, and cloud-native operations.
