Responsible for the Distribution SCADA System development with the goal to continuously improve the reliability, safety, and flexibility of the Distribution System. Must be comfortable working in a highly collaborative environment and working with Engineers performing lab testing. Must be able to collaborate with Engineers and IT to develop analytics and reporting dashboards to support various organizations in Electric Operations.\nCore Responsibilities\nWork in Electric Distributions SCADA system, adding various controllers and rtus from multiple projects.\nEPs will assist in providing solutions, technical expertise, guidance, and coordinating company forces that support the design, upgrade, and maintenance of the Con Edison Distribution SCADA system.\nDevelop and test the communication for new SCADA equipment being deployed to support the operation of the electric power distribution systems.\nPerform other related tasks and assignments as required.\nRequired Education/Experience\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering and minimum 1 year of experience which includes cumulative full-time work or equivalent internship/co-op experience.
