# Engineer- Central Gas Engineering - Mechanical

The Engineer supports LNG plant, gas facility, and related gas infrastructure projects through field and office-based engineering activities. Responsibilities include engineering analysis, field investigations, design implementation support, contractor work reviews, technical issue resolution, and preparation of documentation needed for procurement, construction, operational readiness, maintenance, emergency response, and safe project execution. This position does not provide employment pursuant to the terms of a STEM OPT Training Plan. Core Responsibilities Perform engineering assignments of moderate to high complexity, including design support, problem analysis, planning, field investigations, verification of existing conditions, and preparation of reports, specifications, standards, test memoranda, technical evaluations, and project documentation. Support LNG plant, gas facility, and related gas infrastructure projects from design review and procurement through construction, testing, commissioning, closeout, and operational readiness.
