The ideal candidate will collaborate with their team, Construction customers and our partnering teams to onboard, enroll and schedule compliance training, promotional training, career and professional training. Enrollment and scheduling will also include title and position certification testing, fit testing scheduling, and planning for yearly training enrollment. The candidate will be required to maintain and manage compliance training for all Construction employees, creating reporting, presentations and communicating with senior leadership and our customers on training statuses. The position requires a candidate who is highly organized, has exceptional communication skills, and a high focus on customer service.\nThis position does not provide employment pursuant to the terms of a STEM OPT Training Plan.\nCore Responsibilities\nProvide training support to Capital Infrastructure Delivery.\nServe as a liaison between operating groups, employees and The Learning Center.\nManage training schedules and enrollment for over 1500 employees.\nMonitor, manage and maintain employee progression and career paths attending staff meeting.\nConsult and work with operating groups to assess training needs.\nPresent training updates to departments and senior leadership.\nTrack, monitor and report on the progress of corporate training to ensure overall organizational compliance.\nProvide weekly and monthly reminders to Construction employees for training deadlines.\nOwn and coordinate TEC meetings.\nCollaborate with departments to identify and streamline training needs across the organization.\nPartner with construction employees to support career development and prepare them for advancement into promotional roles.\nEnrolling and schedule leadership training.\nEnsure organizational preparedness through effective contingency planning.\nOnboarding of new hires for training requirements.\nRequired Education/Experience\nBachelor's Degree and 2 years of work experience or\nAssociate's Degree and 4 years of work experience or\nHigh School Diploma/GED and 5 years of work experience\nRelevant Work Experience\n Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, etc., required.\n Ability to manage multiple assignments with accuracy, efficiency, and flexibility, required.\n Ability to review union workforce training for promotional guideline process, preferred.\n Ability to run various reports from eTrain for course availability, preferred.\n Ability to process ITS Gas Qualification courses for certification, preferred.\nSkills and Abilities\nMust be proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, etc.\nWell organized, detail oriented and flexible to handle multiple assignments\nPerforms work independently with minimal supervision\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nLicenses and Certifications\nDriver's License Required\nPhysical Demands\n Sit or stand to answer a phone for the duration of the workday\n Sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for the duration of the workday\nAdditional Physical Demands\nThe selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and
