The ideal candidate will possess strong programming and analytical skills, experience working in Agile environments, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet business requirements.\nIn addition to project delivery responsibilities, this position is responsible for day-to-day application support, IT administrative activities, problem resolution, troubleshooting, and ensuring the ongoing stability and performance of supported systems.\nThis position does not provide employment pursuant to the terms of a STEM OPT Training Plan.\nCore Responsibilities\nParticipate in project workstreams and technical initiatives, identifying opportunities to deliver business value and support strategic objectives.\nDesign, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications, services, APIs, and system integrations.\nSupport solution delivery throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering through implementation and post-production support.\nDeliver business value through iterative releases, continuous improvement, and frequent stakeholder and customer feedback.\nCollaborate with business analysts, product owners, architects, vendors, and cross-functional teams to define and refine business and technical requirements.\nSupport application deployments, production releases, and ongoing operational activities.\nProduce and maintain technical deliverables, including system and subsystem designs, end-to-end process flows, use cases, data models, interface specifications, APIs, and SDLC documentation.\nParticipate in code reviews and contribute to the adoption of development standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices.\nCommunications and Change Management: Strengthens business relationships, managing and maintaining effective communications with all stakeholders. Leads or contributes to team discussions. Proactively raises issues.\nSupport application deployments, releases, and production issue resolution.\nDevelop clean, scalable, secure, and maintainable code in accordance with industry standards, secure coding practices, and company cybersecurity requirements.\nMonitor application health and optimize system performance, scalability, and stability.\nProvide project status updates, identify risks and dependencies, and escalate critical issues as needed.\nUtilize Agile delivery methodologies and Azure DevOps for backlog management, sprint planning, work tracking, release management, and CI/CD activities.\nPerform incident triage, root cause analysis, problem management, and implementation of preventive actions to improve system reliability and operational excellence.\nExperience utilizing AI-assisted software development tools to accelerate development, improve code quality, support troubleshooting, and enhance productivity while complying with company cybersecurity, data privacy, and software development standards.\nRequired Education/Experience\nBachelor's Degree and a minimum of three (3) years relevant experience.\nPreferred Education/Experience\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Math, Business, or applicable degree or\nMaster's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent is a plus.\nRelevant Work Experience\n a minimum of three (3) years relevant experience\nwith at least two (2) of the following technologies:\nC#/.NET Core/.NET 8+\nJava\nSQL Server, Oracle, or other relational databases\nRESTful APIs and web services\nReact, Angular, or modern JavaScript frameworks\nAzure cloud services\nGitHub Enterprise and DevOps practices\nPython\nBusiness Analysis and requirements management\n Experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies) to support software design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and code review activities while adhering to company cybersecurity requirements, secure coding standards, and software development best practices, required.\n Must have ability to learn new technology as required for the job using documentation and other available resources, required.\n Excellent work ethic, required.\n Experience with web services, APIs, databases, and cloud-based solutions, required.\n Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and DevOps practices, required.\n Experience developing applications and/or databases, preferred.\n Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments,
